Do you offer both local and long-distance moves?
Yes, we provide both local moves within Calgary and long-distance moves across Alberta and to select cities in neighboring provinces.
How far in advance should I book my move?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance for the best availability, but we also accommodate last-minute moves whenever possible.
What areas do you serve for long-distance moves?
We move to and from cities such as Edmonton, Red Deer, Lethbridge, Medicine Hat, and other destinations across Alberta and nearby provinces.
Do you provide packing services?
Yes, we offer full or partial packing services. Our team can supply all packing materials and ensure your belongings are properly protected.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Our pricing is upfront and transparent—there are no surprise charges. Everything is discussed before your move.
How do you protect my belongings during the move?
We use padded blankets, shrink wrap, and secure packing methods to safeguard all items during loading, transport, and unloading.
Can you move large or specialty items?
Yes, our team is trained and equipped to move pianos, large furniture, appliances, and other heavy or delicate items.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.
